Emirates NBD Leads $31M Series B Funding for Stake

UAE-based proptech company Stake has successfully raised $31 million in its latest Series B funding round, led by Emirates NBD. With this latest investment, Stake’s total funding to date reaches $58 million.

The oversubscribed round also attracted participation from prominent investors, including the MENA Venture Capital Fund at Mubadala Investment Company, Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP), Property Finder, STV NICE, Wa’ed Ventures, GFH Partners, and Ellington Properties.

Founded in Dubai in 2020, Stake allows users to invest in fractional real estate shares or funds in its home market of Saudi Arabia, and since October 2025, in the United States as well. The platform operates under the regulations of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) in the UAE and the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in Saudi Arabia, currently serving over two million users across 181 countries.

Stake highlights the Saudi market as a key growth area, noting that the new capital will help expand its offerings there. Additionally, the funding will support its cross-border investment model in the US and further developments of its StakeOne solution.

Launched in October 2025, StakeOne enables investors to access full property ownership digitally, along with after-sales asset management. Through StakeOne, investors can explore opportunities from developers such as Emaar, Ellington Properties, and Dubai Holding, simplifying investment in high-value real estate projects.
