Qatari platform Hired Valley secures investment from GrowthX and joins Sununu Startup Factory

GrowthX, the venture capital platform founded by Hamad Al-Hajri, founder and CEO of Snoonu, announced its investment in Qatari platform Hired Valley.

The startup, which provides AI-powered hiring and career development solutions, is joining the Snoonu Smart Factory ecosystem, which supports startups in Qatar.

The investment gives Hired Valley access to Snoonu’s technical infrastructure, as well as operational expertise, mentorship and networking opportunities with founders in the region’s digital sector, bolstering its position in an innovation-driven work environment that supports local and international talent.

Hired Valley was founded under the leadership of Yerkjan Goldasova and focuses on building a professional community that connects skilled professionals with job opportunities in global markets, using AI tools and structured training and career mentoring programs.

The platform has built a community of more than 26,000 professionals and supported more than 1,000 positive employment outcomes, with direct ties to Qatar Science & Technology Park and participation in international events such as Web Summit and GITEX.

Joining the Snoonu Smart Factory is expected to give Hired Valley broader opportunities to integrate technologies and skills within Snoonu and across its network of companies, in addition to financial and operational support aimed at growing the company and expanding into new markets.
