Saudi Rela Secures Investment from Yazeed Al Rajhi and Brothers Holding

Saudi Arabia-based Rela, a company specializing in workforce housing and accommodation management solutions, has secured an investment from Yazeed Al Rajhi & Brothers Holding, which has joined the company as an investor and strategic partner. The value of the investment and the stake acquired were not disclosed.

The investment comes just months after Rela launched in early 2026 under the leadership of Salman Al Jabrain, as the company works to build a model that combines licensed workforce accommodation with property management, operations, and supporting services through a unified technology platform.

Rela aims to expand its network of properties and residential complexes dedicated to workforce accommodation across Saudi Arabia by partnering with property owners, investors, and developers, while adding more buildings to its platform and connecting available assets with companies’ housing needs.

The company’s services extend beyond providing accommodation units. Rela handles the preparation, management, operation, and maintenance of housing facilities, in addition to transportation and catering services. Its digital platform also enables companies to manage bookings, monitor occupancy, allocate workers, and analyze operational data.

Rela serves a range of sectors, including construction, operations and maintenance, logistics, industrial, hospitality, and retail, as well as major projects. The company focuses on providing workforce accommodation in strategic locations and aligning housing solutions with companies’ operational requirements.

Its business model connects property owners, investors, and developers on one side with companies seeking workforce accommodation solutions on the other, while Rela manages the operation, administration, and related housing services.
